Once your form is submitted, I’ll begin designing your custom itinerary and walk you through the next steps with care and expertise. 

At The Luxe Travel Circle, I do not charge a separate cancellation fee. However, please note that each travel supplier—such as airlines, cruise lines, hotels, and tour operators—has its own cancellation policies and fees, which vary based on the provider and timing of the cancellation.

Before you book, I will always clearly outline any potential penalties so you can make informed decisions. Should you need to cancel or modify your trip, I’m here to assist every step of the way.

To safeguard your investment, I highly recommend securing travel insurance. Since coverage needs vary, I’ll personally guide you through the options to find the best protection tailored to your journey.

To ensure the highest level of personalized service, I charge a non-refundable planning fee starting at $75 for most individual trips, payable before research begins. This fee guarantees my dedicated time and expertise in crafting exceptional, tailored travel experiences—delivering a seamless, stress-free journey from start to finish.

Your planning fee includes:

For most trips, I offer flexible monthly payment plans with low deposits—typically ranging from $200–$300 per person for packages that include flights, or as low as $50 per person for hotel-only bookings. The exact deposit amount depends on your destination, travel dates, and how far in advance you’re booking.

For trips departing within 90 days, full payment may be required at the time of booking. Rest assured, you’ll always receive a clear payment schedule with your quote, so you can plan confidently and travel stress-free.

If you come across an identical package at a lower price, feel free to send me a screenshot—I’ll be happy to review it and see if a price match is available. Many of my trusted suppliers do honor price matches when every detail is exactly the same (“apples to apples”), but keep in mind that lower-priced listings on third-party sites often come with limitations—like non-refundable rates, fewer inclusions, or reduced flexibility.

In many cases, the value I provide goes far beyond the sticker price. I often have access to exclusive perks such as resort credits, complimentary upgrades, added amenities, and concierge-level support—extras that aren't typically available when booking through discount platforms.

For the best availability, pricing, and overall experience, I recommend booking your trip at least 6 to 9 months in advance, especially for international getaways, cruises, group travel, or peak-season destinations.
