Once your request is reviewed and approved, you’ll receive a planning fee invoice. Travel research and itinerary design begin after the planning fee is paid. From there, I curate personalized options and guide you through booking with care, clarity, and expert support.
All supplier cancellation policies apply, and any penalties from hotels, cruises, or tour operators are the client’s responsibility.
In addition, because your planning fee covers my time, research, and expertise, it is non-refundable. For trips that have moved into detailed itinerary design or complex planning, an additional cancellation fee may apply to compensate for the work already completed.

Absolutely. For most trips, I offer flexible monthly payment plans with low deposits—typically ranging from $200–$300 per person for packages that include flights, or as low as $50 per person for hotel-only bookings. The exact deposit amount depends on your destination, travel dates, and how far in advance you’re booking.
For trips departing within 90 days, full payment may be required at the time of booking. Rest assured, you’ll always receive a clear payment schedule with your quote, so you can plan confidently and travel stress-free.

That said, some of my trusted suppliers do offer price matches when every detail is identical (“apples to apples”). I’ll handle that on your behalf—but keep in mind that lower-priced listings on third-party sites often come with restrictions, fewer inclusions, or non-refundable rates.
